Culty K-Beauty-inspired brand Glow Recipe has just released their first-ever SPF 50 sunscreen, which features their highly popular watermelon formula.
In addition to being allergy-, dermatologist-, and ophthalmologist-tested for sensitive skin and eyes, the lightweight SPF features a sheer, non-greasy formula that blends invisibly, and is also water-resistant for up to 80 minutes. Feels so nice on the skin and has not irritated my eyes! To round out your daily beauty essentials, the experts at Glow Recipe have launched their first broad-spectrum SPF 50 sunscreen, which uses a blend of chemical filters plus non-nano zinc oxide to reflect, absorb, and scatter damaging UV light.
I tried Glow Recipe's new Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Sunscreen SPF 50 that is hydrating and lightweight and has a glowy, dewy finish with no white cast.
The blend of chemical and physical UV filters brings the best of both worlds for an elegant sunscreen you want to wear every day. The sunscreen is hydrating and lightweight and has a silky texture that feels more like a moisturiser than a traditional sunscreen. After my morning serums, I applied a sufficient amount of Glow Recipe's new sunscreen on my face and neck, around the length of two fingers. My skin leans more on the drier side, and this sunscreen is moisturising enough for me to use in place of moisturiser. The sunscreen has a blend of physical UV filters like non-nano zinc oxide and chemical UV filters like homosalate, octisalate, and octocrylene. Using both physical and chemical UV filters makes the sunscreen easy to work with daily and consistently wear.
