"On a typical day we'll do a solid warm-up and then we'll get the blood flowing and the heart rate up a bit with some cardio dances," says Nicely. "We might do two to four dances and then I'll usually take her through a plyometric box series." And then I'll get her back to the boxes and we'll do a plyometric series with one of those bigger plyometric boxes."
