Some Shell Energy customers are reporting seeing the 'oops - page can't be found' message. Unfortunately the website and phone lines of every supplier are being hammered today. In an attempt to get the most accurate energy readings for the energy they've used, customers are taking their last readings before tomorrow's huge price hike.
