Ladbrokes remarked on Monday afternoon that a run of money had forced the bookmakers to slash the odds of Murphy being the next bond from 25/1 to 10/1. Bridgerton star Regé-Jean Page remains the bookies' favourite to replace Craig, whose final outing as 007 came in last year's No Time to Die. Former Bridgerton heartthrob Regé-Jean Page remains the front-runner to clinch the role at 7/2, ahead of Henry Cavill at 4/1 and Aidan Turner at 7/1.
