Swans blow three-goal lead as Bournemouth claim a point in thriller (WalesOnline)

Joel Piroe struck twice in the opening 12 minutes before Cyrus Christie notched his third goal for the Swans to put the hosts in dreamland. But the Cherries ...

The final stages were frantic, and Parker's outfit were given the chance to set-up a tense finish as referee Darren Bond awarded them a penalty following a handball from Manning. Solanke coolly slotted into the bottom corner from 12 yards out to make it 3-2 with only nine minutes left on the clock. Bournemouth were rampant, and they hurled everything at Swansea in an attempt to get back into the game. Solanke drilled into the side netting following a corner, but just as the signs looked ominous for the away side, Moore gave them hope. The Cherries grew increasingly frustrated, and they were no doubt given a stern talking to by Parker at the break as Swansea lead by two goals. Piroe and Wolf combined on the left flank before Obafemi collected possession in the final third. After Hannes Wolf won possession in the Bournemouth half, Michael Obafemi teed up Piroe who drilled beyond Travers from outside the box after cutting on to his left foot. Lewis Cook, Solanke and Lowe all had efforts on goal while Jefferson Lerma headed wide from a corner, but Swansea's impressive patterns of play ensured they continued to carry a threat themselves. Swansea desperately struggled to keep hold of the ball to relieve the pressure on Fisher's goal, but when they did show composure, it reaped full rewards thanks largely to the quick-thinking of the goalkeeper. And they struck gold after just six minutes as Mark Travers' clearance from Christie's drilled cross fell to Piroe who rifled into the net. But the Cherries used every weapon in their arsenal and got back into the match through goals from Kieffer Moore and Dominic Solanke. It was a typically cool finish from the Dutchman who will no doubt attract plenty of transfer interest in the summer.

Asked whether he felt the challenge was sinister, Martin said: “I don’t know, you’d have to speak to Kieffer Moore. I don’t know his personality. I also felt the third goal was a push on Flynn, but again if we had been able to find a bit of composure in some key moments we could have gone on and got a fourth goal.” Moore came off the bench to score twice as he inspired a comeback against the Swans after the Cherries found themselves 3-0 down.

Moore and a never say die attitude salvages a draw at Swansea ... (Dorset Live)

Player ratings as Bournemouth recover from three goals down to gain a point at Swansea - but a look of dejection refused to fade from players' faces.

Provided the first bit of quality from any Bournemouth player when he headed in from Anthony's corner and his impact throughout was tangible. Couldn't get a foothold in the first half and was part of a midfield that was getting cut through. Should have done a whole lot better in the first half when there was space to exploit. In the moments it looked as if he would cave in under the pressure, and was exploited in the left-hand channel for Swansea's third, Kelly stood up and led from the front. But Kieffer Moore changed the face of the game, and his influence was transformative. Laird was targeted in the first half by his former club, who were so discernibly prepared to exploit his defensive shortcomings.
