A spokesman said: "We are encouraging people to park a little further out and walk, or catch the train." Eid is a word for a festival or celebration, while mubarak means blessed. It will be between 11 and 13C in the morning with light cloud. It's advised not to park in local side streets where it can cause problems for residents and block emergency access. Remember to set off in good time. If you live further afield, then you can go to the park by car or public transport. The festivities are part of longer public and Government holidays in Islamic nations and last for three days. There is a high pollen count today.
