Nick Knowles will be back on DIY SOS on Tuesday, May 10 as it returns for it's 32nd series but it didn't always look like that was going to be the case.

Series 32 of DIY SOS begins on BBC One this evening and after a period away, Nick returns to front the popular restoration programme.
