West Ham United icon Mark Noble has sent a classy message to reporters ahead of his final ever home match with the Hammers.
“From the feelings I’ve had this year and what the players have done for us in the games we have had, it’s perfect. “Much of my journey you have covered as a reporter or a photographer – and I know that some in the press room today have been there since the very start – I hope you have always found me to be fair, honest and approachable", his letter read. “Enjoy the match today and have a great summer."
The 35-year-old will retire at the end of the season, bringing to an end an 18-year professional career with the east London club.
