Microsoft Teams Shares Its Hybrid Meeting Hacks (Tech.co)

Want to host more inclusive and effective meetings? Microsoft Teams provides a few tips to make sure your team is on board.

Simply put, it's a great option for businesses looking to facilitate more seamless collaboration. You've likely heard the phrase “this meeting could've been an email” on more than on occasion from coworkers, further demonstrating the need for a bit of common sense when it comes to who attends meetings. That doesn't mean it's the best option though. The actual data is a bit complicated, involving technical models, machine learning algorithms, and a web of meeting dependencies. And considering 43% of meeting attendees don't feel included, it's safe to say these kinds of improvements are necessary for a successful business. We've done extensive research on team collaboration or web conferencing software, and found that Microsoft Teams is definitely a solid option for your business.

Rangers, Celtic and Hearts B teams win Lowland League entry after ... (Scottish Daily Record)

The decision has caused a split between member clubs but a majority have voted to admit all three who will pay £40000.

But their participation has still caused a split among Lowland League clubs with one furious board member of a prominent club telling Record Sport: “We were a firm no from the beginning. He said: “I support a platform for the young players to go and play. And that even with a hit of £20,000 to our club - £7500 from the league and the rest from three match sponsorships and hospitality. We have not had a reserve league for a number of years and it’s really hindered the development of these players. But when faced with an ultimatum that it was all three or nothing, and having received assurances from the SFA, the 16 Lowland League clubs held a revote on Monday evening. A vote of the member clubs had initially rejected allowing all three to join the division as guest clubs - preferring only two in keeping with last season.

The East, West and South of Scotland League champions will again have to enter a three-way play-off for one promotion place at the end of forthcoming season unless a restructure is put in place beforehand. Rangers and Celtic B teams finished second and third behind Bonnyrigg in 2012/22 and the SFA has pledged that the member club who finish highest in the table will progress into the pyramid play-offs for a place in League 2. Member clubs had previously dismissed the idea, initially voting to permit only two guest teams in keeping with last season and then rejecting a 19-team league when three expressed an interest.

Lowland League make U-turn to allow Celtic, Hearts and Rangers to ... (Daily Mail)

EXCLUSIVE: Plans to admit Celtic, Hearts and Rangers B teams to a divided Lowland League were waved through after a casting vote by the league chairman.

The Scottish FA supports the principle of elite player development and particularly providing opportunities for talented players in the key transition years from 17 to 21. Any proposal along those lines would spark ferocious opposition from the current teams in League Two. In a statement, however, the SFA confirmed plans for the pyramid working group to review the current pyramid structure in order to find a long-term pathway for players between the ages of 17 and 21.
