PAUL MCCARTNEY'S ex-wife Heather Mills recalled the moment she met Vladimir Putin, as she touched on the war in Ukraine.

"To have a war is absolutely insane because it creates devastation. “In all honesty, my experience was that everything that I asked for happened. And setting up a concert meant we got to meet.
