The jury were reminded he said she "shoved" a phone in his face, and that Mr Giggs just "told her to go" and that he was "not aggressive". The judge in the trial said that Ms Greville agreed after that in footage that she did not mention Mr Giggs had hit her sister, and that during this account that he had headbutted her in the past. The jury were reminded that it was put to her by the defence that the staging of the photograph was actually a staging of the injury.
