1874 NORTHWICH fell to their first defeat of the Northern Premier League West Division campaign this afternoon.

Sadly, Winsford United were on the end hammering as they were thrashed 7-0 at Wythenshawe Town, for whom Matthew Bryan scored a hat-trick. Matt Dudley scored a hat-trick in a 6-2 win for Vics – their fifth in a row in the league – as Steve Wilkes’ side stormed away in the second half. In the North West Counties League, Northwich Victoria’s excellent Premier Division form continued as they hit six at Ashton Athletic.
