A further 87 per cent said they did not attend Scotland games. Despite that, many Rangers fans take little or no interest in the national team. Studies over the years have universally suggested Rangers supporters make up the biggest single club section of the Tartan Army. The information was tweeted by then SFA digital manager Michael Bochel. But while this may hint at a disconnect between the two sets of supporters, there is more overlap than some may think.
