Came on and caused problems with his first touch, a cross into the Frankfurt box. Had a couple of half chances in the first half hour before driving a low shot wide of the left-hand post. A slow start to the match but he got better as it wore on linking well with Son and Emerson on a couple of occasions and putting them through into dangerous positions in the box. Sent a deflected shot spinning just wide of the Frankfurt goal in the first half. Quieter in the second half after some forays forward in the first. A couple of sliced kicks when trying to make clearances although he didn't have much to do with his hands until a good save to deny Knauff five minutes into the second half.
