It's good to share some nice moments with them and give them a good experience. Ten-year-old Archie from Peterborough thoroughly enjoyed the event: “It's been one of the greatest experiences of my life, if not the greatest. Joshy, aged 10 from Northampton, was thrilled to meet his hero Ronaldo and celebrate together after the striker scored his 700th club career goal in United's 2-1 win at Everton on Sunday. Club captain Harry Maguire shared the importance of meeting fans again face-to-face: “We know how much these days mean to our club; ever since I joined the club, it's been clear to me how much we do in the community and how important that is. Attending his first Dream Day since signing for United, Christian Eriksen said: “Seeing the smiling faces and connecting with the fans like this is always nice. We've really missed days like this, so it's great to have fans back.”

A third away win at Manchester United on Sunday is surely the least ... (The Mag)

I watched my first game at St James' Park in 1969, which means I'm into my seventh decade of Newcastle United. There have been a hell of a lot of away games ...

Of course a point would be a good result, but to use a blackjack analogy, if I was dealt 18 and a draw. We are not going there to play the best team in England. The only great day out that most of you can remember was in December 2013, when Yohan Cabaye got the winner. We are not going there to play the best team in Europe. I wasn’t there but remember listening on head phones while walking on Druridge Bay, screaming like a stuck pig when he scored. Just how hideously bad is that record?

It is Manchester United up next. Newcastle United travelling to the theatre of tourists next Sunday. Eddie Howe and his players knowing that a win at Old ...

If these was a choice for next season between the two I think Pope would win. Joelinton and Maxi been injured but the Frenchman made the cut. As things stand, I think the players (from both squads) that I would definitely pick at the moment, are Trippier, Varane (on his overall CV), Botman, Bruno G, ASM and Antony. Interesting…so this is the joint Newcastle United and Manchester United team that I came up with, in our usual 4-3-3 (or 4-3-2-1) formation, as opposed to the [Eddie Howe](https://www.themag.co.uk/2022/10/eddie-howe-is-a-football-genius-newcastle-united/) and the new owners. So, I put my mind to who I would pick from these current Manchester United and Newcastle United squads.
