United are winless in five and have lost three of those. Norwich are giving United a run for their money over the last five games having picked up just two points more. Two sides who looked like they were going to be the runaway pair a couple of weeks ago have completely fallen apart. You want to win and you want to have disappointed players in there, but you know what? We should have beaten Preston and we should have beaten Luton, but we didn't create enough in the final third. Out of the three games we have lost, we deserved to be beat at Watford. But both would probably also take a point. It's part of it You can sulk about it or go and try and attack Norwich and beat them. The stats will probably tell you the same. The work in the final third needs sorting out. I am proud to be here.

Norwich City are winless in their last four Championship outings and head to promotion rivals Sheffield United looking to return to winning ways.
As recently as a couple of weeks ago, both sides looked set to battle for automatic promotion after strong starts saw them occupy the top two positions in the table. The Canaries head coach added: "It's a nasty looking ankle at the moment but he [Andrew Omobamidele] should be back after the World Cup. We've stopped the rot in terms of defeats but we're disappointed to not come away with the win." We let it become a bit of a basketball game, which we didn't need to do, but the game should have been put to bed by then. We want to play on the front foot and we may give opportunities away. We defended and attacked in the same way, we just had more aggression in the second half. We wanted to draw United onto us and I thought we did that very well. Our centre-backs won more headers and tried to stop them playing in the space behind but Norwich probably had better opportunities in the second half on the counter.
Dean Smith, the Norwich City manager, admitted he told Sheffield United's bench to “deal with your own players” during an ill-tempered contest at Bramall ...
“(Oliver) Norwood can run the game, he’s one of their best players and for 75 minutes we stopped him from running it. [The Star](https://www.thestar.co.uk/author/james-shield) if the 44-year-old and his coaching staff had a “legitimate” grievance about the conduct of both the match officials and City players. “To be fair, game-plan wise I’m okay with it,” said Smith, whose City side are sixth. But United, who remain without a win since the international break, came storming back when Osborn reduced the deficit and then McBurnie, introduced as a substitute, equalised. But he was also adamant that Billy Sharp, who provided the assist for Osborn’s strike, should have been dismissed rather than booked for treading on Dimitris Giannoulis. City, who had travelled to South Yorkshire on the back of the three match losing streak, appeared destined to enjoy a comfortable afternoon when Teemu Pukki scored twice early on; the first of his efforts being presented to him by United’s Adam Davies.
Norwich City were denied an important win against Sheffield United by a second half come back from the Blades.
SHEFFIELD UNITED boss Paul Heckingbottom praised the intensity shown by his side in the second half of their 2-2 draw with Norwich.
“We want to play on the front foot and we may give opportunities away. We had some brilliant counter-attacking opportunities but we just couldn’t finish them off.” He said: “Gameplan-wise we were really good for 65 minutes. “Against Coventry we made fewer errors than today and ended up losing. If we require no errors to win, that’s what we have to try and do. “Norwich have got a good team of footballers who want a lot of the ball.
