Chichester MP Gillian Keegan appointed as new education secretary (Sussex Express)

Ms Keegan follows Kit Malthouse, James Cleverly, Michelle Donelan, and Nadhim Zahawi, who have all held the role since the start of July.

She was previously minister of state for care at the Department of Health and Social Car Care from September 2021 to September 2022. She was previously Minister of State for Care at the Department of Health and Social Care between 16 September 2021 and 7 September 2022.
