The Line of Duty star was on the show to discuss the third series of her hit BBC documentary Our Dementia Choir.
The second series of the BBC One documentary, with shows the close-knit group record a single and perform at Splendour festival in Nottingham. The choir then took to the stage as viewers flooded social media with heartwarming and emotional responses - and it seems there wasn't a dry eye in homes across the UK.
