The corporate client said the bao buns looked like a white dough ball with chocolate filling and sprinkles on top so he settled for £5 as the maximum price per bun, a blow for the girl who hoped to sell them for £9 initially. Viewers at home loved Megan, with one writing: "#TheApprentice I thought Megan do the great job as leader - potential winner?" She was correct as the girls' team made a profit of £174. Megan led the girls to victory despite awkward issues with their maths and ordering the wrong quantities for ingredients due to "an extra zero" in the calculations.

Bradley volunteered as project manager for the bao bun task - despite having a background in construction.

In his final statement, Lord Sugar described the corporate sale as "diabolical" when speaking to Bradley, but said Kevin was "more focused on revenue than profit." The team was tasked with making dinosaur-themed bao buns - but had a rough start when it came to rolling out the dough and drawing on the designs. This was not enough to beat the girls however, who made a profit of £754.60. One Twitter user said: "[it was] not his industry but he had a good input." Before the boys' team found out they had lost the task, bridal boutique owner Shannon Martin, from West Yorkshire, made a shock announcement that she was leaving the competition. When it came to pitching, safari guide Joe Phillips said: "as you can see in terms of the design, a four-year-old could have drawn that. Sadly the group did not triumph, and Bradley was left fighting for his place in the competition when he brought two others back into the boardroom. Apprentice power ranking: Slime-oozing green bao buns are still ... (The Tab)

The Apprentice week two power ranking for 2023 saw the candidates tackle bao buns, maths and saw Shannon fire herself and exit the show. Disastrous as per.

She doesn’t need to listen to a load of maths squabbles. If Karren Brady had to interrupt me to try and sort out my ratios I’d die on the spot. I really didn’t like the little cheer noise he made in the boardroom. Say what you will, but I think it’s punk rock to fire yourself with a line declaring “This is not the environment for me.” Shannon already runs a million pound profit business. About halfway through this week’s episode, I looked at my laptop screen with a wise glint in my eye and muttered to myself “His days are numbered.” The number in question was 0 apparently, because he was bundled into a taxi home before nightfall. Loved the way she walked into the girls’ prize for winning with the campest “Oh wow!” you’ve ever heard. Halving the price of bao buns from £8 to £3.80? Here’s my power ranking for week two of The Apprentice 2023. I have no clue how he blagged it. The Apprentice lurches in to its second week, and as the disciples followed Jesus – thus does the power ranking numero two follow the episode. You’ve got a task you’re meant to be winning here, my love! Just bad vibes from this one, I fear.
