Leo Suter height: How tall is the Vikings: Valhalla star? (Netflix Life)

Suter has starred in other television titles, such as Victoria, Clique, Beecham House, and Sanditon before bringing Prince Harald to life in Vikings: Valhalla.

But how tall is Leo Suter in Vikings: Valhalla compared to his other co-stars. Gustavsson was wearing heels for the occasion, so she was a bit taller than her co-stars. Considering the show is historical fiction, we can suspend our disbelief when it comes to height. Suter has starred in other television titles, such as Victoria, Clique, Beecham House, and Sanditon before bringing Prince Harald to life in Vikings: Valhalla. Even though each of the three on-screen heroes are around the same height, they were much taller than actual Vikings. He’s a fan-favorite character because of his ambition, charisma, and desire to unify the two opposing sides.

As for each of their individual stories, Freydís steals the show with the more exciting plotline, as well as constantly being surrounded by better side characters. This dulls a little bit of the spark that the initial release of Vikings: Valhalla had. This indicates that, while the tone is similar and that violence is still ever present, there’s a shift in its storytelling.

Vikings Valhalla Season 2 Ending Explained (Screen Rant)

Vikings: Valhalla season 2 was full of twists and turns and big reveals, and here's what happened to each main character at the end of this season.

Harald now has a new love interest in Elena, and as he doesn’t know where Jomsborg is, he can’t return to Freydis to raise their son together, and the Emperor of Rome owes him a favor. However, Freydis learned that most of the pagans that were brought there were being exploited in the forest and weren’t allowed to enter the temple nor be trained as shieldmaidens and warriors, and they lived in horrible conditions. Due to Godwin and Gytha’s marriage, Emma won’t be able to get rid of Godwin, and she will surely continue to keep a close eye on him as she now knows not only what his true plan is but also how far he’s willing to go to get it without getting his hands dirty. This was the first clue to Godwin being the mastermind behind Emma’s assassination attempt, and it was the core of Godwin’s plan, as all this led to Canute making up for Aelfwynn’s death by arranging Godwin's marriage to Gytha, which gives Godwin direct pass into the royal family, thus making it possible for his son to be king one day. Harald couldn’t think of a prize at the moment but told the Emperor he would think about it, while the Emperor told him that a man like him would be of great service to him, and gave him one of his rings. However, by the time she and her guard got to the Bear, he was dead, and she took a ring that was on his neck. Godwin used the Bear to plan the Queen’s death, and she gave Gytha (Canute’s niece and now Godwin’s wife) the Bear’s ring as a wedding present, asking her to wear it at all times, this as a constant reminder to Godwin that Emma found out about his plan and to show him that the Bear is now dead. At the beginning of Vikings: Valhalla season 2, Godwin was engaged to one of Emma’s handmaidens, Aelfwynn (Maria Guiver), to whom he confided that he wanted his future son to be king. Harold succeeded Edward the Confessor and became King of England in 1066, but he was overthrown and killed in the Norman Conquest. [season 1 left Kattegat destroyed](https://screenrant.com/vikings-valhalla-ending-explained-characters-future-setup-meaning/) and at the mercy of King Sweyn Forkbeard (Søren Pilmark) and his fleet, Leif unleashed his inner berserker, and Freydis and Harald ran away from Kattegat, Vikings: Valhalla season 2 catches up with them as Kattegat adapts to a new reign and the pagans try to find a new safe place after their homes and the Uppsala temple were destroyed by Christian berserkers. After Freydis left with Jorundr (Stanislav Callas) to Jomsborg, Leif and Harald traveled to Nóvgorod to ask Harald’s uncle, Yaroslav the Wise (Marcin Dorociński), for help to form an army against Olaf. Set over 100 years after the events of the main series, Vikings: Valhalla tells the stories of siblings Leif Erikson and Freydis Eiriksdottir, Norwegian prince Harald Sigurdsson and his half-brother Olaf Haraldsson (Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson), and Queen Emma of Normandy.

And then, Emma is told that Godwin speaks to a man called Cooper outside at an ale house. Freydis tries to stop him, but he slaps her to the ground. Gudrid wants to help her, but Freydis enters the temple and asks her to leave. Jorundr wants her to leave without her son. They need to fix something on the boat and require a metal band. Afterward, Gudrid tells Jorundr to admit to Harekr that he made a mistake. Kurya advises that they go to Kodak nearby and camp. Gudrid asks Harekr if he cares about Freydis and the child, but he’s calm about it. The world is cruel, and the story does well to portray it. And we know that they were the last sort of real pagan read out of the old beliefs. "I think with the guidance of Harald, and the brotherhood that he has with Harald, there's certainly a partnership that really helps him track his way forward in terms of finding his purpose in life again. "We do know that the Jomsvikings existed. And now he's exiled and he's going to start from zero, and fend for himself," Suter says. Sam Corlett says that the release of grief and rage has freed his character to move forward. [Vikings: Valhalla](https://www.syfy.com/syfy-wire/topic/vikings) left Leif Erikson (Sam Corlett), his sister, Freydís Eiríksdóttir (Frida Gustavsson), and Prince Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter) in shock after the tragic fall of Kattegat at the hands of Olaf's forces.

Often, it feels as though Leif’s primary job in season 2 is to sort of be dragged along in Harald’s seemingly unstoppable wake, but Corlett does yeoman’s work in making his character’s interior journey one that is as rich with meaning as the group’s physical one. Life as a fugitive generally suits him and his expansive, adventurous spirit, and when the opportunity presents itself for him to ferry an important item from his uncle to the Emperor of Constantinople, he grasps it with open arms (and enthusiastic plans for how the journey will help his ultimate goal of claiming Norway’s throne). Freydis’s story is somewhat more isolated as she attempts to make a new place for herself among the people of Jomsborg, who essentially view her as a sort of mythic figure sent to them by the gods themselves. Here, the world of the series expands to encompass continents, from the snowy steppes of Kievan Rus to the lands of the Pecheneg tribes in central Asia, and even the gates of Constantinople itself. On their journey east, Suter and Corlett are given the chance to explore Leif and Harald’s dynamic in new and interesting ways and their bro-y road trip vibe is more charming than it has any right to be. As for Harald and Lief, they turn eastward and set out for the city of Novgorod in the Kievan Rus, with hopes of getting King Yaroslav to support his nephew’s claim to the crown of Norway against Olaf.

Vikings: Valhalla Season 2 Review - it feels like a middle season (Ready Steady Cut)

We recap the Netflix series Vikings: Valhalla Season 2, which does not contains significant spoilers or major plot points.

While Vikings: Valhalla Season 2 is building a base, there’s plenty of credit attributed to the costume department and the cast for embracing the Viking-ness (and any other groups of people represented in the series). Being the middle is often a conversation brought to trilogies in films, but there is an argument to be made that Valhalla has a similar situation. [Frida Gustavsson](https://readysteadycut.com/person/Frida-Gustavsson/)) embarks on her own journey in Season 2, venturing to faraway lands to explore her spiritual and religious prophecy. Fans that love the Vikings action may feel disappointed in Season 2 – that’s not to say there are no battles, but Vikings: Valhalla enjoys world-building first, blood and gore second. Usually, bloating a series comes with a compromise, but the second series does not feel burdened by its storytelling at all. [Netflix](https://readysteadycut.com/category/streaming-service/netflix/) and marketed as a sequel, many were wondering how the story could continue to move forward after such success.

The historical drama is back and the second outing sees Freydis take a solo path.

Express.co.uk has all you need to know about Freydis and Harald's relationship at the end of season two. After reuniting with Leif Erikson (played by Sam Corlett), Freydis Eiríksdóttir (Frida Gustavsson) made the decision to leave her brother and partner Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter) behind. She said the baby's father was a good man, and the baby should be known in history as the son of Harald Sigurdsson. The real Freydis Eiríksdóttir was married to Thorvard, owner of Gardar, one of the richest estates in Greenland. Although she was preoccupied with the people of Jomsborg, she still spoke of Harald fondly, particularly after she gave birth to a son. At the start of the second outing, Harald and Freydis were living in solitude as Harald recovered from his injuries.

Why Vikings: Valhalla Season 2 Is Actually a Road Trip Show (Den of Geek)

Creator Jeb Stuart talks about taking Vikings: Valhalla out of its comfort zone (literally) in season 2.

We had so many great moments in season one, and we had to find those same kinds of moments on the road, and I think we’ve done it.” This is, in its way, what Valhalla itself does in its second season, showing us different sides of the Viking story even as it stays true to the series’ characters and larger themes. For Stuart, it makes perfect sense that a Viking like Lief would be drawn to a scholar like Mariam, who understands so much about everything from the movements of the stars and how they can be used in navigation to mathematics and languages. “One of the incredible things about the 11th century is that women in that culture, coming out of Baghdad, had the ability to be these scholars. In season 2, Valhalla sees its trio of main characters head off on separate adventures that literally span continents as the show does its best to depict the immense influence that Viking culture had on much of the known world—both during the 11th century and for hundreds of years afterward. Does it hold up in the Rus as well as it holds up in Scandinavia?”
