It’s brave of him to admit that on tv, there’s still a lot of stigma about a man that’s sexually assaulted by another man. While one other viewer took to social media to say: "Ffs , sexually assaulted at 17 by a man , hope the sicko has been locked away, poor Zak" [contestants](https://www.northnorfolknews.co.uk/news/national/uk-today/23268305.bbc-looking-contestants-new-quiz-show-picture-slam/) told the trainers that part of the reason he struggles to sit still and not talk back is that he was "lost from an early age" and doesn't "know who he is." When he was 17, he was sexually assaulted and did not bring it up to his family because "they were going through enough already."

She rides horses competitively and, according to the show, is hoping that being put through her paces by the Directing Staff (DS) instructors will challenge her in a similar way. They are all being put through their paces in the gruelling SAS-style training and challenges. The first episode of the new series aired on Channel 4 last night (Monday) and it featured Anne Grindal, who lives in the village.
