Anthony started as Sheridan Smith’s on-screen ex husband on the BBC drama titled Care. Anthony is married to actress and narrator Rebekah Staton. The couple had been through a messy breakup however they had regular contact because of their daughters. The actor is well known for playing Ben Sowden in BBC hit drama Gentleman Jack. Most recently he played Ser Steffon Darklyn in the much-hyped House of Dragons. Anthony's character Viktor is connected to the Knezevic crime family.
