IT'S been a high octane first half performance from a fired-up Rangers side as they bid to atone for their Viaplay Cup final defeat to Celtic last wee.

Stephen Craigan was bemused as Connor Goldson put Rangers early vs Kilmarnock, branding the visitors' set piece record for and against "crazy".

But Killie boss McInnes was left fuming his side weren't awarded a penalty for a foul by Allan McGregor on Rory MacKenzie that could have turned the game on its head if it was given.
