You have to feel the same way and to be honest with each other about that." He'd do anything not to feel that way, knowing that it hurts Martha but she asked for honesty and by the looks of things, it stings much more than she can bear. In the last few, heartbreaking moments Martha pulled the plug on her relationship with the detective, and no, Archie's advancing lips were not the reason for their split.
