Reggaeton superstar Bad Bunny surprised fans Saturday when he walked out to the ringside table at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles prior to WrestleMania 39.

He shook hands with Rey Mysterio and then got in on the action during the legendary wrestler's fight against his son, Dominik Mysterio. The referee counted down and awarded Rey a knockout. He then jumped on Dominik and held him down by the leg.

Rey Mysterio was brought to the ring by Snoop Dogg during his Eddie Guerrero-inspired WWE entrance ahead of his WrestleMania 39 match against Dominik.

I’ve always thought it would be really cool if one day, just one day after I retire that I would get to be a part of the legends that paved the way for us. So, the fact that I was Hispanic, the fact that I was wearing a mask and the fact that I was doing the style of wrestling that I have been doing for the past 34 years, piled into one, was incredible man. During the time in WCW when I lost the mask, I honestly believed that if I wouldn’t have lost the mask, the giant killer wouldn’t have been born. To be able to say I was one of the pioneers that kind of opened up in a way, that style of wrestling. I don’t think anybody else in that that time was given the opportunity. Very thankful for guys like the Kevin Nashs and Scott Halls, that I was able to work with in WCW that gave me the opportunity for people to believe in smaller guys.

It was a very intimate moment in the locker room, but we got the opportunity to present it to the WWE Universe and they understood it. I did that, but when I came here, I felt the need to present what I'm about and what I represent, which is lucha libre. The only way to do it was to wear the mask again. Of course, down the line, I unmasked, because I had to and needed to. I felt the need to show that. His son is disrespecting him, it's disrespecting me. The tradition of the mask is once you lose the mask in a mask vs. The only way to get it is going through him. It's a sign of respect.
